I have a 1999 Hot Springs Grandee with 2 moto-massage units. The last coupling (just before the large white nozzle) has broken off. Is there any way to replace and repair just this piece, or is a whole new assembley required?

That's about the question of the year... as always...

There have been a few that have tried... and usually failed to repair this assembly.

There was one fella that found a hose thingy that would work from a 100 year old hardware store... and it did. But that old store doesn't sell that special hose unless you walk in and bring your own cutters....

I had the same problem, no one sells parts to replace what I call the "spine". what I did is cut the tab off even with the rest of the link, drill a hole in the link and thread a plastic "wire tie" thru it and adjust it to length, cut of the excess. I had to fix 4 such links and cut approx 3/8 inch off the pink hose running inside the spine. has been working for the past month. the only reason I did this is because there is no spa shop for about 100 miles around me. I ordered a new moto (ebay, $80) and when the repaired one fails, I will replace it.

mclead,
To fix this I removed one section of the spine (a flat head screw driver is all that was needed) and cut the end of hose to fit the new length which restored that jet.

Hope this helps.
