Hi,

A friend of mine just got a great deal on a hot tub... Jacuzzi model: D 600000 name: Alexa. I am looking for manuals, shematics, and troubleshooting guides but have found no info on the web... so far. Can someone please point me in the "right" direction.

My reason for looking is that the heat and filter cycles do not appear to be working. The pump does work but on only one of the 3 or 4 cycles. I am thinking it is a bad relay but would like to be as sure as possible before just replacing them. The model number for the control box (which is not a printed circuit board) was covered up by the schematic sticker so I do not have that info.

I am new to the jacuzzi repair world. I picked up a Jacuzzi Z145/345 for myself recently and was able to find all the documentation (on the web) needed to help troubleshoot etc... but this Alexa has stumped me.

Did they only make the spa for one year or something like that?

Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Well my search has led me back to Guillens. I found the owner's manual and some of the parts on their site. Their prices on electronic parts are absolutely outrageous! I purchased the bridge rectifiers from an electronics site for a couple of bucks... and they want $47.00 plus, each. The switch relays I found for $25.00 and they want $110.00 each. That is some serious mark up! Any way I am waiting for the parts to arrive... I am hoping I will not need a heater element... but I think I might.
