Are jets for Dimension 1 spa proprietary? I have a coworker who has several swival jets that need replacing as the bearings are shot. I have not seen anything online that resembles these. The only identifing feature is a number on the swivel which reads H.A.I 36-4810. Thanks

The dimention one that you are talking about uses jets made by Hydro Air Industries (H.A.I.) but I am having trouble locating the part number in question. The most common ones from that company that I have run across are 16-4820, 16-4821, and 10-4820. Pictures of which are attached.

Thanks for the info. It is indeed the second picture which is the 16-4821. One of the reasons that I could not find it by looking at the pictures in the parts books was that I was looking for just the swivel nozzle and not the nozzle with adjustment ring. The old nozzle and ring are seperate and you could just replace the nozzle and bearing, but apparently they are one unit now.

actually, that is still separate. On that particular site, they are sold as a set (with the ring) but you can get them separate. I can dig into this if you would like.
