I'm on the board of directors for our homeowners association and its time to replace our heater. The spa is on 24/7 so we need one that can provide that service. The last one installed was a residential heater and now its about 3 years old and broken down already.

What brand of commercial grade do you guys recommend? I'll figure out the size but I want your input on what will give us the longest service for our investment.
