I'm new to the hot tub world. We just bought a solana tx with a known main board problem. The local hot tub guy gave me a price of $515 for the board. I was wondering if anyone knows of a good online site for cheaper parts like this. Thanks!!

If it is a 2000-2005 then that price is what the whole control box retails for. They don't part out the board. You might find someone that does part it out.
What are the symptoms? Many times people think the box is bad when it is not.
Do you have a serial number?

Thanks for the reply. To answer your questions it is a 2004 model. As far as symptoms, the older gentleman we purchased it from said he was getting into it one day and it shocked him as he stuck his foot in. He called the local place (same place he bought it new from) and they came out and said the board would need replacing. I think he said it may have been caused by a storm (lightning or something). That's about all we know. As far as a serial number, do you mean for the tub itself? We should have it since the old man gave us everything he's ever had on it since new. Thanks again!

I would fill it up and get it running. Be sure the GFCI is working by hitting the test button and making sure it trips when pushing this button.
DO NOT USE IT UNTIL THE SHOCKING IS FIGURED OUT - Obviously.
It could have been something with the old owners electrical.
See if you get a little zap when you put a finger in the water.
You may not want to try this!!
I've never run into a TX board that caused shocking.
When I hooked up my Classic model it shocked me. I found the ground for my receptacle was bad. I had to run a new line to the spa. I have a very old house.

Good Luck
