My first replacement cover came from Spacovers ASAP in Texas. I have used their 'warranty' twice....once for stitching defects, once for foam saturation. Each time I had to pay expensive shipping costs, and customer service was generally lacking. Now the other foam panel is saturated and there are more areas where the stitching is unravelling and I'm out the warranty period. We live in a very cold climate where the R value is a major buying factor.
Any recommendations from folks out there ?

A friend just told me about spacap.com He has had one for a year and it still looks and works like new. they make a cover with air bladders and sunbrella material. I checked them out and have ordered one. the only thing is i haven't heard back from them to go over my order for 2 days now. I am woundering if they are still in buisness.
