Radius corner measurement, does this sound right?

I have a Sundance Cameo 800 spa and im trying to measure it for a new cover. Is it best to measure my old cover or the spa itself? Its kinda of tricky with the spa since it has rounded edges. Measuring from the spa itself I get about 84x84 with a radius of 10 1/4

does that radius # sound way too big? or about right? or what? I wish they would just print this kind of info in the stupid manual.

Nope, doesn't sound right (but could be). What year is the spa?
