My tub came with a 2piece cover that was torn when delivered so a new one was ordered for me - I got a 3 piece Sunstar when it came with the D1 logo, etc.

I'm wondering if others are having the problems that I have had - the center section started sagging badly thus pooling water after rain. The more water it held, the worse it sagged. Sunstar sent me a new center foam section thinking the original wasn't cured fully. This one did the same within 2-3 weeks. They then special made a reinforced piece and that fixed the issue though it was very heavy to lift.

About a year later I noticed nasty water draining from the weep/vent holes into the tub when I lifted it. I unzipped a section and found the plastic wrapping of the foam sections had become wet and were growing all kinds of nasty stuff. Again, Sunstar rose to the occasion seeing the photos and sent me 3 new foam cores. Quite a job to put in on such a large cover but I got it done.

Now, 3 weeks later and ..... yep, my middle section is sagging so badly that I have a nice pond on top of the tub after even a light rain. This is no fun.

Do any other D1 Sarena Bay owners have this cover and problem? Any other covers out there for this tub that work? I plan to contact D1 this week and ask for them to work this out. For what I paid for this tub, I think a cover that works is reasonable.

btw: I love the tub! (other than one issue that I'll post later)
