I have the opportunity to buy a used 1994 Cal Spa. It is in excellent condition. The owners paid 4,000 new and want 2,000. They will not take less. Is it worth 2,000? Please help!

if it's not too late, I would offer 1000 for a 11 year old spa. For that vintage, I would only charge 150/linear foot of spa. Example, a 6' x 6' spa would sell for 900 by me.
