Problem: Pump shuts off and I get an "OH" and sometime "FLO" reading on the topside control panel. If I shut of power at the breaker, wait a day and then reset, it works for a while then shuts off again. Is this a hi-limit switch issue? I'm thinking not 'cause I already tried putting a new one after it had tripped off and it didn't come back when I restored power. So I reinstalled the old hi-limit, reset the breaker and it came back on. Now as soon as I reset the breaker the pump operates for appox two seconds then I can hear a "click" and it shuts off.
Or is this a flow switch issue? How do you properly adjust the flow switch? Clockwise or CCW?
Any suggestions on how to fix before I call the $$$tech$$$ would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

could be flow switch, but since you are getting an OH error, I am concerned at your flow rate from the pump. If you are confident that you have plenty of flow, try adjusting the flow switch by turning the knurled knob (if yours is this type) counter clockwise about a turn to a turn and a half.

I tried adjusting the flow switch; that's not it....
I opened the panel and flipped the breaker on to see waddup; I see a small red lamp cycling on for second then off for appox two seconds. I can hear a "click" like a switch activating when this light comes on.

that click I belive is the relay switching on your heater element.
when this clicks on, and you hear the click, and then it turns off. does your hi-limit switch kick on you as well?
