 Post subject: Hot Springs Grandee fixer-upper

We have a top of the line (at the time we bought it 9 years back) Hot Springs Grandee spa for sale. It needs some plumbing repair as well as insulation and skirting replacement. The pumps and heaters all work fine. A great deal for a do it yourself-er. Louisville, KY
