My name is Brad.
I own and am setting up a Sundance Spa.
It has a Sundance Spa Controller 800 LCD running it.

I seem to have a control relay that is stuck on as my air pump
begins to run whenever power is applied to the cabinet. It runs in low
speed and the speed can be increased to high and back to low.
However it will not shut off. The icon goes away on the screen but there is
still output voltage to the motor as the contact is not releasing.

Would like help in determining which relay controls the low speed
setting as I have the parts here. The main board is a: 02-6600-030 Rev.
It also has a white tag with the following info. : 800LCD2040 tag4393.

There are 5 white Omron # G8P-114P-US relays on it. They are 12VDC with a contact rating of 30 amps at 250 volts. There is also the number: 18X3W1 on them. They are numbered K1, K2, K3, K4, K5 on the board.

There are also 4 black Potter & Brumfield relays : #RKS-1DG-12. They are 10 amp at 277VAC. Theyare numbered K6, K7, K8, K9 on the board.

Can anyone tell me which one of these relays is responsible for the low speed setting of my air pump? I would appreciate any help at all or even a schematic.

Thanks for considering my question.

The blower isn't controlled by a relay.

It's controlled by a triac.

Do a search here or elsewhere for sundance triac and see what you come up with.
