I work for a family owned business (I'm not part of the family though) where the main core of our salaried employees (about

have worked together for about 20 years. So we are all basically on the same page as far as sales/installation/service goes. There are about 5 of us that sell tubs and two of us out of those five service all of the tubs...me included.
So if I was dishonest to someone...I'm usually the one to have to deal with the problem...so we don't mess around with that. I could see where dealers would do this however. Our biggest selling point is our companies history of 40 years in the pool/spa business and our service...so we have to back it up.
As soon as a customer mentions deck we all cringe...At the very least we absoluteluy make sure that they know about leaving adequate access for service..and we strongly encourage only building around 3 sides.
If you don't have full foam around here then you are going to pay some hefty electric bills.
