Have a 20 yr Highlife with a hidden leak. Would like to look to find leak before trashing. How do I remove outer skirt to look at piping. I know about what level the leak would be.

I would first check for small cracks in the shell around the light lens and the 'step'. The cracks will look like a small hair. If you see something like this then run your fingernail over it to see if it is a crack. You'll be surprised at how much water a 1" barely visible crack will let out.

Thanks for the reply. I think I found all the cracks before. I even replaced the lens with an upgrade. I really think it is in the pipes. Would like to remove outer shell to look. ????? How????

It's all tongue and groove. Destroy one tongue, then pull it off to reveal the next tongue without destroying it.
Taking the wood off is the easy part. Then the real fun begins when you start digging all that thick foam!
