Power went out to the entire block, for about 4 hours. No power to the house. After power was restored, no power to Jacuzzi. Now the 50 amp fuse trips immediately. Was working fine before power went out. The spa is less the 3 years old. Tried disconnecting both heater leads, same problem. Tried disconnecting ozone generator, no luck.

I'm sure you figured it out by now but here it goes anyway - I would first disconnect the wires from the breaker and see if it holds - this takes the spa out of the loop.
