Ok here we go. I've been using the frog system for about a month now. I set it up exactly the way it said to. Adjusted calcium, ph, shocked with Renew (2 Oz.). I am using the Frog float system with the bromine float and the mineral float together. Anyway it says to shock once per week and I do. The only thing is that my bromine level is off the charts. So I turned the bromine cartridge completely off for a week and its still high and my water started to turn green, so I had to shock it again. I can't maintain the 1-2ppm on my bromine. How do you do this? Everywhere I've read says that this is a super easy system but all I do is add this and constantly. I keep having to add calcium boost, spa up, defender (for scale). Its a constant struggle. My tub is a Hydrospa 250 gallon stratus model with ozonator. Any tips or suggestions would be very greatly appreciated.

Whatever method you're using to check your bromine level, you need to be sure it's accurate.

It sounds like you're using something (strips or whatever) that are expired.

Do that first. Get some new test strips, (preferably a different brand from what you're using) and double check the accuracy of your current measurement method.

Once that's done, I'd drain the spa and start over.
If the ozonator is working, I'd lay off the shock unless the spa is being used enough to justify adding so much crap to that little amount of water; (kids and neighbors using it often, etc)...
