When I test my chemicals it always maxes out the test strip for hard water???
Is this of concern? how do I control it, WATER SOFTNER, I don't believe I have ever heard of it before.

Thanks

I just checked the water and I realized the test strip shows virtually zero ppm on the total hardness

If the hardness is low you will need to add a chemical to raise the hardness ( calicium chloride). Keep the hardness between 150 - 400 ppm.
Hope this helps. Erik
