Is it possible to get chlorine lock with Dichlor use?

Our tub is 450 gal.

We only use dichlor.

I add a tsp or two each time I use the tub.

I shock it with about 4-5 tsp each week or so...

I notice my stabilizer on my test strips is reading high....?

Any suggestions??? :? :?
