I just had a new Artesian spa installed today and it has a CD ozonator. This is new to me as my last tub did not have any ozonator.

My tub is 400 gallon. I have a pretty good bather load 4or5 daily. With my old 500gallon tub I put in about a 3/4 tablespoon of dichlor a day. My dealer says with the ozonator, I should only need that amount about once a week.

Does this sound right?

While you will have to use less chemicals to keep you water in good balance, the only way to know for sure is to continue testing your water and make adjustments based on the results. I would suggest continued monitoring.
