Is there an easy way to clean the inside of the cover? I have had it apart once and it was difficult to work with.

Update

I followed Pageup's advice and did the 24 hour cold shock routine and after a week it still smells fresh (yay!). I also pulled all the jets and air control knobs and cleaned them up real good. Plus I poured a couple tablespoons of bleach in each air control tube, let it site for a 30 minutes and then flushed them out with the cold shock water. I also replaced the pillows, which were acting like sponges after 5 years of use.

A big Thank You to Pageup and everyone at this forum for helping me out yet again.
