I feel if the dealers actually saw the results of this stuff in the field every day, they wouldn't sell it. For every satisfied customer, I come accross 9 others that are utterly hopeless.
Upon further review, that's a conservative estimate.
I now officially refer to 'Baqua Spa' as 'Crack-ua Spa' after being in the business for 18 years or so. I would estimate that 95% of the glue joint repairs and light lens repairs over the years that I have done were from Baqua spa users. I have replaced some light lenses 5 times or so in several Baqua Spa tubs.
