 Post subject: TBr or FCI ???????

Hi Everybody!


I have a quetion on Tbr and Fci. When reading a test strip with the Total bromine on top and free chlorine secound down, witch one would you read if your using Dichlor chlorine????


The Tbr or the FCI????

Use the free chlorine pad. You'll get a reading of total bromine because it measures the amount of chlorine in bromine. Disregard the bromine pad.

Hottubpoolboy i have a ? If you use just dichlor in your tub, will it become inafective because of a chemical in it??? i also sanitize with the hot tub sanitizer.
