then when I am sitting in the spa and I inhale, I get a tinge sort of feeling in my lungs. What could be causing this? IS this common or should I be adding more or less of a chemical. I am using Brohmine in my Spa-Frog...

You need to cut way back, and keep your levels less than 3ppm.
