My opinion is that most of the time, spas now days have copied eachother so much that the essentials are largely the same. Now, the differences is parts pricing, customer service, and warranties. Give the tech support team a tryout by comparing the customer service and support and pricing. Compare it to other brands that you may have access to.
On a more personal note.... let me know what happens to that ol' sundance.... I was in the Grand Rapids area last fall picking up a trailer to haul back to MN. (too bad this didn't happen last year, eh?)
