Hello.

Been a few years since I have been here. I have a toasted 91 Sundance. I think the insurance is going to replace this tub, but my dealer sells Artesian spas now and not Sundance anymore. I am looking for someone with a history of the Artesian. They seem to be a good tub and I see they have a feature direct pumps at each seat so they don't have to divert water and have excess plumbing. Can anyone tell me of experiences with the Artesian Spas?

Thanks,

Jeff Thurow

My opinion is that most of the time, spas now days have copied eachother so much that the essentials are largely the same. Now, the differences is parts pricing, customer service, and warranties. Give the tech support team a tryout by comparing the customer service and support and pricing. Compare it to other brands that you may have access to.

On a more personal note.... let me know what happens to that ol' sundance.... I was in the Grand Rapids area last fall picking up a trailer to haul back to MN. (too bad this didn't happen last year, eh?) :D

I worked for Artesian Spas for several years and they make a very good spa. They are now located in Las Vegas, NV and they are doing alot of new things with their lines, but my opinion is that they do make a very good product.

Good Luck in your purchase.
