I wish to purchase a spa and am most interested in a CalSpa. I live in Switzerland however, where the dealer network is rather small and a spa purchase (due to the price, average ca. $15000!) is something exclusive. Unfortunately CalSpa could not confirm the dealer who has served me to date & suggested 2 other dealers - 1 is a real estate company and the other is out of business (but CalSpa apparently doesnt know this yet!). Questions: is this a good indicator that CalSpas does not offer good after-sales service infrastructure? Can anyone suggest a good Spa dealership in Switzerland and/or Germany? Does anyone know of good representation of an American-made spa in Europe?
