 Post subject: heater problem

we switched our spa from running off 120v to 240 v. everything was fine but now the heater light is on but it isn't heating. it is a new leisure bay spa. any ideas?

did you relocate the neutral wire from the heater to go to the L2 connection when you did the conversion?
