Hello , I just purchased my first hottub and tried it out at the store. It will be delivered in about 10 days , I hope. Its a Monaco 850 series with all the bells and whistles. 40 yr warranty . I was amazed at how wonderful it was on my Peripheral Neuropathy. What do you all think of the brand Morgan and the Monaco. I hope I have not made a mistake. Thank you. Al

40 year warranty???? Any idea what exactly is covered for 40 years?

Hello,,,,the 40 yr warranty is on the tub itself. It comes with a 6 year warranty on heaters, pumps (3) and electrical , including the stereo and lights. I am not a hot tub expert by any means , though I have tried many different types but this is the best one I have used and its theraputic help was incredible on my dieseases. It also comes with a 'Volcano" in the middle. Any help or suggestions or ratings for the Morgan spa would be helpful.....The people at the dealership were the best and very informative and cooperative. I was not impressed with any of the other dealers ,,,including the Sundance dealer. No one offered to let me try on out except Morgan. Thank you for your help....Al

Is that 40 years on your site or do you have to ship the tub somewhere for service? Thats how many companies long term shell warranties work.

Hello,,,,, Morgan Co has a full time dealership here with competent people and service dept so I felt more confident with these people than the others I checked in with. Do you know if I have a good spa or not with the Monaco 850 series? Thanks , Bill

Actually I know absolutely nothing about Morgan Spas, I was just intrigued by your claims of a 40 year warranty. Just bear in mind, as I said, that some long term factory spa warranties require the owner to ship the spa back to the factory for any required warranty work. Dimension 1 does this (after the first 7 years I believe) if I want any warranty work done on my 7' x 7' spa I have to ship it back to California even though they have a dealer within 2 miles of my home. Kind of a BS warranty if you ask me. Since you already bought your spa just enjoy it and don't worry about it -- not much you can do about it now anyway.
