I know DownEast spas are made by Master Spa. Is there a difference in quality? Is it a downscale spa? Anything about this company to worry about?

I'm looking at the DownEast Exeter SE ($6,755 + tax) vs the a Master Spa LS700 (no price yet). I'm in Michigan, if that makes a difference.

I'm also thinking of looking at the HotSprings Envoy, Catalina XL 7000 and Sundance Altimar for good measure. Any good one's that I've missed?

Any opinions on these? Should they all be about the same price?

Hi, The differnce between the Down East Exeter SE and the Master Spa LS 700 is that both have 3 jet pumps but the LS700 has a Circulation pump, BioMagnet Therapy ,a 5 filter system. The Exeter has no Biomagnet therapy and has a 2 filter system. 6755.00 is a good price for a three pump spa. The Master Spa does have a better Warranty standard equipment but will generally be about 2000.00 or so more. Both Have a galvanized Steel frame. I would recommend either. The other brands are very good spas too but will be closer to the Master Spa in price. Thanks, The Spa Guy.
