Looking for some feedback on two hot tubs I am looking at, Cameo (Sundance), Immerse 481 (Coleman). Location:Mass.
Cameo currently first choice, although $2k more expensive ($10k vs $8k). Better/easier control of jets, availability of air jets, etc. However, read that Sundance replacement parts are very expensive, also issues in getting service folks out to repair. Would appreciate feedback form folks on both of these Hot Tubs, specifically around reliability, costs of parts, responsiveness of service, any issues with unit features, etc. Thx.

6 of one, half dozen of the other. Most important question is what feels best for you. Sit in them, wet test them if possible. Creature comfort is what is paramount. Cost of repair depends on what needs to be fixed, bar none. Likewise, which lasts longer or is better? Both I would say are equally reliable. I've had both Sundance and Coleman and both are good tubs.
