Has anyone heard of Pinnacle Spas by Premium Leisure? There is a guy near us selling these for close to half of the MSRP on the website. Also, besides the website I've inserted below, I can't find anything on the web regarding this company. Any info would be appreciated.

When Hydro Spas went bankrupt a couple of months back, the next day they opened back up under the name Premium Leisure...see hydrospa.com

So basically, this company has only been in operation for a few months, with a full bankruptcy in their history.....how does such a new company get some best of class rating in such a short amount of time
