We just moved into our home and a 1997 Leisure Bay accompanied the purchase. We love that we now have a hot tub, but know NOTHING about it. No manual or any type of info was supplied. We've read that we should drain it and clean and or replace the filter periodically, but can't figure out how to get the filter out (or really where it is, for sure). One of the jets has come apart (we found the head and ball bearings in the bottom of the tub when we drained it today) and we can't figure out how to repair/replace it.

We've searched online FOREVER to try and find info on Leisure Bay products and the search has been frustrating, at best. Can't find a website for the company or really anything about them. We had hoped we'd find a downloadable manual, but obviously that's not an option -- unless of course we're looking for the wrong name.

Here's what we found on the spa:
Leisure Bay
Pro-Shield
Year: 1997
Model #: 19107

This is all we have. We've never owned one before so, we're going at this rather blindly -- if anyone can give us some tips, it would be great. (A manual would be AWESOME!) Also, any tips on maintenance would be great too.

Thanks in advance,

Unexpected spa owners

this might help. Go to http://www.poolsearch.com and ask the same question on there and maybe someone can help. Good Luck.

Try liesurebay.com. Rec warehouse in the FL area sells these spas and I have been able to get parts and service from them. Spa also came with house and is over 13 years old. Just rehab'd it with ACC Spa Pack 1000 and new pump and igital controls. Works better than it ever did. The wen site should put you to Rec warehouse.
