I GOT MY HOT SPAINGS CLASSIC HOOKED UP AND HAVE A PROBLEM. WHEN I TURN JETS ON THE SPA WORKS FINE,LIGHT WORKS FINE, TURN THE HEATER ON AND THE SPA WILL RUN FOR ABOUT TWO MINUTES AND TRIP THE HEATER RESET INSIDE ON THE BLACK BOX W THE PUMP RESET. COULD SOMEONE HELP ME W THIS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED THANKS

IT SOUNDS LIKE YOUR CIRC PUMP IS NOT PUMPING WATER. EITHER YOUR FILTERS ARE CLOGGED, CIRC PUMP NEEDS TO PRIME, OR CIRC PUMP HAS FAILED.

i have two new filters one was not in bad shape checked them and not clogged there is a flow valve that says vac on it but leaks could that have soething to do w it air flows only one way through it which way does i have to be ?

have you checked your circulation pump? (the small, silent 24 hour circ pump)

not sure what that is, the black round thing thats about three inches round hooked to the pipes from the heater...

If you're unable to identify parts, checking for proper operation will be even more challenging. I suggest you call a qualified technician- he'll have you up and running in no time.
