Hotsprings Sovereign with a leak

Postby Trailerpro » Sat Jan 01, 2011 1:05 pm

Hello everyone! I just got an older Hotsprings tub and it has a couple small leaks.

There are two small (3/8"-1/2") hoses that go into the bottom of the tub where the heater/pump are. Water is coming back out of where these hoses enter the bottom. Do I need to drain the tub and stand it up to access where these go?

Any help is appreciated!

Water coming in there just means that the foam is filled with water and it is coming out the lowest place possible. The leak(s) could be anywhere.

In an old tub such as this I would check for leaks at the light lens and also look for small hairline cracks in the white shell around the lens and the area of the shell behind the whole motor compartment.
