I fixed a leak in the right side as your facing the spa. It was half way between the moto massage and the main panel. I am still getting water coming out from under the back, right in the middle. I tore the siding and dug some foam and its not the moto. I also dug in the center where the water is and its dry so im thinking its running from either the foot jet or the drain. The deck has a small amount of fall towards the end where I see the water. I cant get under the deck to pin point where it starts. It may be from one of the jets on the other side. I guess id have to tear off the siding to find that out. If you could send a diagram that would be great. My email is acmectec2001@hotmail.com. I have to figure out what to replace the foam and siding with now also. If I could email you my cell # and talk to you for a few minutes it would be very helpfull!!!!

Thanks

Hey guys, I also have a HS Soverign late '90 model with a leak. Unfortunately I have the spa inside a surrounding retaining wall and will have to fullytake it out to find the leak. I have removed a little of the siding/foam from the right front (pump access/main panel) side and think the leak is from the multi output jet(s) on that side. The water level also stops draining at the level of the lower two small output jets.

Can I also get a soft copy of the pluming diagram and perhaps guidance as to how to replace the foam once and if I get that far. My email is: rducman2001@aol.com

Thanks for the help,
Rocky

Just picked the tub up from someone who didn't want it any more. trying to fix asap before it gets to cold. any suggestions? the water is draining about middle and to the right of the tub........Gutcheck24@sbcglobal.net

My 2000 (or so) Sovereign is leaking behind the moto-massage. I removed a few of the panels from directly behind the moto, dug out some foam and rotted wood and found a red flexible hose attached to a nipple. I took off the hose and found that the nipple was cracked at the base. I repaired that with clear silicon Liquid Nails (hopefully that holds) but while digging out the foam, I broke a very brittle white plastic tube that runs vertically (see attached photo). It seems to run straight down to the bottom of the tub. What is this hose for and how would I fix it? Can anyone help? Please see photo...

Hard to tell from the photo, but I don't think that is a water line at all...when they foam the tubs they do it with a long wand, and when they pull it out it leaves a tunnel. It just breaks apart in your hand and looks like foam, right?

It does look like foam but it feels harder than the foam and very brittle.
I bought a can of spray foam from home depot to fill the gap again. Is that the right stuff to use. Also, anything else typically leak back there before I seal it up again?
thanks.

I would fill it up and run it for a while first to see if the Liquid Nail stuff will hold. I have my doubts that it will permanently be watertight.
