I havea Jacuzzi Whirlpool Bath Hot Tub Model H24000. We have had problems with geting it to heat up. I think it may be the thermostat.
I am not sure. The electronics are a Balboa instruments R574 system and it is a model WH-R574
When i filled it up I cleaned the two copper things going down to the silver tube. It worked fine. It looks like they are corroded and the things coming out of the silver pipre with the nuts on it may need to be replaced. Is this why it will not heat up. Also where would I get these if I could replace them.

Thanks for you help

Eric

That's your heater element. Standard 5.5kw flow-through. Check the resistance across those terminals if you have a volt meter handy.

Yes. Removing the two 3/4" nuts just below the copper connectors will allow you to drop the element down and slide it out either side. You'll either need shut valves or an empty tub.

Your thermostat is a small metal probe connected to one of the gray wires at the top right. It is probably mounted to the wall of the tub somewhere.
