I have a Dimension one president ultra. The serial # is 070-psc-241-10660-0. The manufacturer date was not on the plate. Like others I'm looking for the user manual and d1 does not have anything close to this age for a manual. From what I could decipher from other posts on this site it must have been produced in @ 1996. It has a crystal pure logo on the control panel but no readable markings on the inside of the control panel. The circuit board has a A/B switch. From what I could read of what is left of the paper label above it, it states that B is for pump without heater. The air/circulation pump is a wishbone style. There is no schematic anywhere to be found and I have to rewire it.

Does anyone know where to get a user manual/schematic? I can post images of the board, pumps etc if needed. Thanks for the forum! TT

Have you tried contacting D1 to at least identify the brand and model control panel/spa pack? They have an email tech support address.

I did that last week and have not heard back from them. I sent 2 emails to them. From what I saw on the forum they don't reply, that is why I posted on here. Thanks for the reply! TT

Well, they replied to me. I emailed them via their website http://www.d1spas.com/service-in-usa.html and they got right back to me. Might try again.

I sent another form mail to them. I have a crystal pure control system with a ramco ST-2240 circuit board. There is not a ozone system on it. The spa is similar to this post Spa-Repair/Circulation-Pump/Dimension-Crystal-Pure-Ozone-Pump-Replacement_1478.html The crystal pure has a lot of differences so I cant use the image to see where the wires go. Some of the wire connectors were removed from the previous owner. That is why I can't simply reconnect the system back up. TT
